His combined knowledge and experience of Direct as well as Indirect Tax Laws and procedures is great asset to Zeus Audit and Due Diligence team. He can guide an entrepreneur in setting up industry to managing and operating in compliance of most complicated legal procedure smoothly.

He has been regularly advising many STPI, EOU and manufacturing, trading and service sector units. He represents such units before various Tax Authorities in India to conduct their Direct and Indirect Tax matters. He has successfully saved revenues of entrepreneurs either by creating tax efficient structures or by ensuring proper compliances of tax and other procedural laws.
