Graduate Training Program

ZEUS has initiated its Graduate Training Program aimed at Final year students as well as fresh graduates from India’s esteemed law colleges. As the Graduate Training Program is for a minimum of 3 months, it is significantly different from our regular Internship Program that usually lasts 4 weeks. This Program has been designed keeping in mind that at times on-campus recruitment is unable to absorb the bright talents. Moreover, some students may be uncertain regarding which area of law they’d like to study further and specialize in.

This Program shall help Graduate Trainees enjoy the benefits of an inclusive work culture that emphasizes, recognizes and rewards teamwork and professionalism. Working under the guidance of senior lawyers, students who wish to assist our Firm will be given an opportunity to obtain hands-on experience on the challenges of the legal profession, learn how best to prioritize assignments and manage competing demands within strict time frames.

The extended nature of our Graduate Training Program helps us in making a fair assessment of candidates’ legal acumen and work values. ZEUS helps Trainees identify their strengths while providing constructive feedback based on their performance assessment through the 3-month period. Although selection as a Graduate Trainee does not guarantee subsequent absorption in the Firm, we may choose to recruit interested and deserving candidates as an Associate depending upon vacancies available at such given point of time.
