Background
Jayshree after finishing her post-graduation in Psychology from Delhi University in 1996 completed LL.B. from Campus Law Centre and thereafter LL.M. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has been in practice since 2001.

Experience
Jayshree is involved in wide range of domestic and cross border transactions including joint ventures in various industries, private equity issues, stock and assets purchases and sale, company structuring and restructuring and general corporate, securities and commercial law advisory work.

Jayshree has a broad range of experience in the real estate, infrastructure and construction projects advising investors from India and abroad on strategies for entry in infrastructure and township development, investment options and vehicles, foreign exchange laws, regulatory compliances and approvals from FIPB, RBI and other government authorities and also advising developers and other stake holders on legalese and issues pertaining to land acquisition, setting up of townships, IT parks, commercial complexes, residential projects, Special Economic Zones, development and construction contracts. She regularly advises state bodies on development model to be followed to optimize the benefit of public private partnership. She has a practical approach in addressing the emerging real estate issues and concerns of various domestic and international clients. She also covers commercial real estate practice addressing all aspects of property development, property sale and purchase, title investigation and leasing.

Her creative skills lie in transactional documentation advisory regularly advising  and extending opinions to the clients across industries / sectors on variety of pressing issues affecting their business and commercial ventures and negotiating, drafting and vetting documents for them be it corporate joint ventures, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, financing agreements, franchise agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, trademark and software purchase / license agreements, consultancy agreements, marketing, agency and distribution agreements, real estate collaboration agreements, corporate leases and variety of other commercial agreements and advising on issues relating to their enforceability under India Laws.
