Rohit, the founder and Managing Partner of ZEUS Law Associates, has been in practice for more than 25 years and spearheads the Firm’s practice in fields of corporate law, corporate consultancy, financial advisory, regulatory practice, commercial litigation, mediation and alternate dispute resolution. He has practiced extensively in commercial laws, indirect taxes, foreign exchange control and commercial arbitration for over tow decades during which period he has dealt with a large a magnitude of complex legal, commercial and financial issues and cases, including those having nation wide ramifications and being of significant public importance and interest.

International commercial arbitrations are an area of his special interest and expertise. He has been engaged in a number of commercial arbitrations conducted under aegis of International Chamber of Commerce, London Chamber of Commerce, London Refined Sugar Association, Indian Chamber of Commerce etc. He has also engaged himself with great success in international commercial mediation across the globe. He is extremely well connected and net worked in international legal circuit having worked and interacted with a large number of major international law firms all over the world. Besides professionally engaging himself and guiding the Firm on a    day – to – day basis, he is at present also actively engaged in setting up the Firm’s law offices and practice in Dubai, in areas of India – centeric corporate law consultancy and financial advisory services.

Rohit regularly advices some of India’s leading corporates, as well as, Fortune Companies in their India strategy. Being a negotiator and bestowed and with skill-full pragmatism, he assists corporates in devising and modulating commercial solutions in complex transactions, apart from guiding in-bound and out-bound investments, private equity placements, acquisitions, take-overs and mergers, evolving financing solutions, assisting in securities regulatory issues, joint ventures, technical collaborations etc. he also leads the Firm’s efforts and practice in Securities Exchange Board of India and Securities Appellate Tribunal.
