Background
A commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, Sunil completed his LL.B. from the Delhi University in the year 1991.
Experience
Sunil, co founder member and Senior Partner has been in active law practice for more than 16 years. He heads the Firm’s Real Estate, Infrastructure, Due Diligence and Audit Practice. He has a deep understanding of Civil Law in India and its synergies with Business and Commercial Law. Sunil is an adept strategist and can crystallize transactions and resolve the most complex issues with tactful, practical and legal solutions. His forte lies in negotiating and structuring transactions and documents in an efficient manner that helps in ensuring successful conclusion of the transaction.
His acumen in real estate and infrastructure transactions is based not only on a deep understanding and unique insight of the subject but also on an in-depth analysis of the entire Indian market encompassing investment, funding, lending, acquisition, development and management etc.
