Background
Suresh completed his graduation with Honours in Science in the year 1990. Thereafter, he completed his studies in law from the University of Delhi and has been in active practice since then.

Experience
Suresh has extensively practiced in the areas of Civil, Commercial, Company laws and Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution. He has dealt with a large number of complex legal and commercial issues and represents all the major Financial Institutions and Banks operating in India.

Suresh has played a pivotal role assisting the Supreme Court and various High Courts settling the laws related to Debts Recovery and Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets by Banks and Financial Institutions. He has successfully handled hundreds of very high stake matters for Financial Institutions and Banks applying his solution oriented approach and helped evolve innovative remedies while ensuring recoveries for the Financial Institutions and Banks. This “out of box” approach has of course been possible with the active support and assistance from the Financial Institutions and Banks.
